We specialize in Full Service Planning, Design and Coordination.
Unlike our planning services, we come in after you have selected your vendors!
Roughly 6 weeks prior to your event, we will get together and compile all of your event logistics into a Timeline! We will then execute the entirety of your timeline on the day of your event, allowing you to enjoy your day!
Planning and Design services are calculated on an individual basis dependent on your needs!
Coordination starts at $1500
We recommend booking planning services no less than 9 Months out. This ensures we will have ample time to bring your vision to life.
Most budgets that we manage allocate $500-$2500 per person, however, we have been able to accommodate budgets as low as $250 per person.
Our services include indoor setup, ie tables, linens, place settings and specialty tables. Outdoor setups such as Ceremony chairs, lounging areas and bars can be added onto any of our services!
If you want hands on guidance and advocation for your dream day, a wedding planner is absolutely worth it!
Our team will set expectations from the very beginning and become your become your biggest advocate throughout the process!
